Told me they lost my test results, then said never had them followed by test was invalid. Told me the blood was old! They drew it so how was it old??? Place is a joke I would drive to San Antonio to be seen before I ever go back there. Don't waste your time or your money!!!! Woudn't even give them a one star but won't let you post your review without it

They said my debit card did not go through, but it did. They refused me service unless I paid again. After I showed them the bank paperwork, they refused to refund my money or see me, and my orders had mysteriously disappeared when I demanded to be seen because I had already paid. Angela the receptionist was very rude. I have called their billing office to get this cleared up. If it is not rectified tomorrow, I will call the better business bureau. My review is NO stars!

Absolutely Not

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

No, it was fine
Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license?
Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it.
Does this provider always put the customer first?
No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them

Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. One thing I like about them, is that they're willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I usually do not have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me. They told me a little bit about my treatments' risks
and benefits, but I still didn't feel like I knew as
much as I wanted to know. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say.

Absolutely not! I was seen right away!

A little, but it was bearable
