Very unhappy with this vet clinic. Been raising dogs over 30 yrs. & took an elderly tiny house dog to them to have only her teeth cleaned & when we returned they had burned lots of non cancerous moles(moles had already been tested) off of her body all over without even calling us to ask & charged us. Dog was trembling, bleeding, oozing burnt spots all over her. We even specially said do not do anything else without calling us first. Yet, this was the result. I refused to pay for a service I did not request & I reported them too. Who cares if your old dog has skin colored moles that is cosmetic not necessary......the dog suffered.

It was unbelievable how gentle this vet was with my pet and it really helped my pet feel at ease. It's very apparent that they truly care about us and our pets and that this is not a job for them, but their passion and purpose.
