Dr Bown has been my physician for a long time and has treated me well. I am happy to have him treat me. He takes time to answer any concerns and questions that I have.

Dr. Bown and staff were very prompt and professional. I was greeted as as I entered their office, asked to fill out paperwork and was escorted to my examining room shortly after. Dr. Bown was very attentive to my concerns and answered my questions with expertise but in detail that a patient could understand. I would recommend Dr. Bown and his staff without hesitation for your medical needs.

Dr. Bown and his staff did an excellent job of preparing me for the endoscopy. I have no idea if I was deelighted or not during the procedure since I was asleep. However, after all was said and done, Dr. and staff did a great job of explaining how to handle the follow-up.

In spite of significant problems with being able to find a vein for the IV, the staff was very kind and patient. Dr Bown was considerate and explained in detail what the procedure would entail, then explained the results.

I had an Endoscopy on June 10. The staff was very professional and reassuring. Everything was explained and all questions answered. Dr Bown took the time to answer all questions before and after the procedure. This procedure went as planned.

I had a colonoscopy and everything went extremely well. The facility is clean and neat, the male nurse terrific, and Dr Bown came out after the test and explained everything to my husband and I. This operation helped my system get back to normal and I haven't had any trouble since.

I came in for a Hemmeroid banding. I had not heard of this before and did not know what to expect. The procedure was explained to me and I felt that Dr. Bown was as professional as he could be in this type of situation. Although I ended up having to wait for an hour, the staff was friendly and kept me informed.

My experience from my first appointment at the Utah Gastroenterology through my procedure has been excellent plus. The staff at the office and clinic are professional and make you feel welcome and help take the anxiety away. I have never experienced a facility that was so efficient and concerned about my concerns. Appointment scheduling was timely and follow up on results. I am very satisfied with my experiences and look forward to continuing as a patient.
