well, my Sebastian died on Monday of some thing that probably that could've been caught a year and a half ago if not more. I took my dog there at least 6 to 7 times about his limp and then kept telling me he pulled it. He sprained it. They give me medicine then find other things, but they never even did the x-ray or anything. I actually had him scheduled at a new vet on Monday that also did acupuncture because I wasn't getting anywhere with this vet. The last week he stopped walking on it. I had to take him to emergency on Sunday to Absecon veterinary hospital who was wonderful and within one hour they told me how aggressive his bone cancer was and his back leg and didn't even know how long he would have. We took him home to try palliative care and on Monday we had to go back and put him to rest because he was in so much pain and bleeding from his rectum. On top of that, I sent them the records from Sunday's visit early Monday morning, asking for them to call me and give me some pricing for when the time came. Not one person called me back or wrote me back. How unprofessional and uncaring. I just had to call them and tell them that my dog was dead. Do not go to Mays Landing Vet! My Sebastian was only six years old and he should have lived a whole lot longer. He had the biggest heart and I will miss him so.

They are so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to treat everyone in the family with the utmost respect compassion, and understanding. They maintain a very professional appearance. The vets and staff here were so nice and helpful; I have already told my loved ones that they should start coming here. They were so kind and attentive to answering any questions I had at the time of appointment, and any questionsI had after I was home.They also offered a website run by reputable veterinarians to review or research diagnosis. They were so informative, and thoroughly answered every single question I had regarding pet care. I left feeling like I really learned a lot. They also focused on the well being of my other pets acceptance of their buddy crossing over by having them with them when it took place so they would understand why their partner wasn't around instead of looking for them after the fact.

The staff and doctor are nice enough and i guess well trained BUT. Watch out for the bill. I am not the first, from what i have been told but they will run up the bill, there are times when we have to let pets go. procedures were not completely explained especially the cost and i was let to believe one thing then another happened. I tried to work with them to resolve the issues. The only real response I got was from the bill collector. They just wanted their money. No one likes to lose a pet but not everyone can afford the cost. they need to be explained in detail and up front. JUST WATCH YOUR WALLET.
