I have found this to be a very good and compassionate practice. They do not cover everything so had to take dogs to a specialist for AI etc. I have also never had need for any complicated procedures so cannot comment on that. However my experience with them for everyday things like vaccines, bloodwork, teeth cleaning and porcupine incidents has been excellent. They do not make you leave the room, they take time to discuss questions and concerns and do not over prescribe medications. My dogs were recently attacked and I was given very good advice on care without a huge bill and antibiotics. What I have found though is that the reception staff can be very variable. I think they get a lot of part time students in or something: they are mostly young, and while some are professional in their approach, others are not. And the young ones seem to be easily thrown if you ask for anything unusual, they forget things, etc. So beware the front desk girls. Once you get to the vet tho, you are in good hands.

Yes, they were immaculate.

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
