FHVC has been taking care of our 14 year old Brittany named Dickson for the past 5 years, however, in his hour of need no one was available to put him down (Saturday - 1/19/19) and we had to take him to another available Vet. We do thank deeply Carbondale Vet Hospital for being their for Dickson and us. The oath that Vets take clearly state by the way it is written that a Vets job is a 24/7 operation.

In my opinion :Do Not Take your pet here!! Dr. Pettinato does not know how to run a business and makes excuses when his computers do not operate . His concerns are more for his staff than the care of animals. He must be from NEPA where a victim mentality exists. He sure isn't a professional.

Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service

Yes, they are very knowledgable and gave me great advice

It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. The staff here is not that friendly. It was hard to get any conversation out of them. I couldn't believe how insensitive they were when my pet was sick. My veterinarian didn't even seem to care that I was upset and it just made the experience that much worse.
Ok, here it is. We had a couple of our pets to this clinic and at first they seemed really nice and cared about animals..........

However, I would not reccomend this clinic or the vets to anyone!

We had one issue financially and they would have to wait a few weeks for some cash and they stopped treating a 12 week old puppy cold!

Even after they were contacted by the pet shop and they promised to pay for all care of the dog they refused!

DO NOT BRING YOUR ANIMAL TO THEM!
