Extremely friendly, I could really tell his/her love for animals.

No, but there was a little grass outside the office so it was fine

Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!

Yes, they called right on time

They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.
