I am 2 weeks postop and extremely pleased with the results of my surgery. Amy did an excellent job patiently explaining the procedure and answered all my questions today. I feel very comfortable checking in with her if needed in the next few weeks.

Amy was wonderful. She listened to all my concerns and thoroughly answered all my questions. She was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. She easily put me at ease during my visit.

I had been to another urologist not too long ago. He just suggested a surgical procedure for me that was quite invasive. No alternate plan to maybe not need to have it. I felt quite relieved when PA Amy Goetz was interested in getting familiar with my situation and explaining everything to me. I was comfortable with her thoughts and prescription.

I have not met Dr Gauta. I met with a PA and I am not sure but believe it was Amy. I asked to speak with someone before any invasive procedures were done. I am the type of person who wants to understand what, why and how the Florida Bladder Institute can serve my needs. Once I explained this, PA Goetz did explain the options and the course of therapy that had been planned for me as well as other options. She also gave mw a lot of reading materials. My feeling is that this should be the FIRST thing done so that the patient is fully informed, involved and comfortable with the choices SHE makes.

For my initial visit, I met with Amy. She was thorough with her questioning and documented my history of bladder infections. She listened to me and answered my questions. I left the office feeling confident that I would receive good care.
