This is one of the most caring vet clinics in the area. They are kind and considerate, they go the extra mile to make the animals and their owner welcome. Every ailment is important, and they show that they care.

TERRIBLE place to go. They abuse the animals there. Treat them like #@@!. They barely have any bedding. The tech is not nice at all. to people or the animal. Dr Brady has let a puppy die because he did not want to come to clinic at ten p.m. God for bid you make him work after hours. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The only one with any kind of compassion for the animals is the older vet.

If you have a large range animal, don't waste your time with these people. We had a cow who was expecting a calf and suffered a prolapsed vagina. Dr. Brady came out and put the vagina back in that morning, but by the afternoon, it was out again. When we called to tell him that his work had been unsuccessful, he said that he would not make another trip to the farm to fix it properly. Instead, he insisted that we bring the cow to the clinic and leave her there so that they could watch her. The cow was a range cow and was not used to being transported, so she was extremely stressed and refused to leave the trailer at the clinic, even after they hot-shotted her, which probably didn't help the situation. The vets appeared to be afraid of her and said that they didn't want to keep her at the clinic because she might do damage. They replaced the vagina again in the trailer, but refused to pull the calf saying it should come in the next 24 hours. They also told us that neither vet would be available the next day.

The next day we called to see if we needed to cut the stitches and the response was no. The calf didn't come. We called the vet again the next day and they told us that Brady was again not working. We spoke to the other vet who asked whether Brady had called to check on her, and I said no. If he had, he had not left a message. The older vet said that the calf had to be dead by now and that the cow was toxic so there was nothing to do but but her down.

As my brother said, if you need a vet to work on large animals, don't call these people. If you have no other choice, you can save yourself and the animal a lot of headache and yourself money by just putting it down.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

The examining rooms at Shoshone Veterinary Hospital Limited's office were immaculate. You could practically eat of the floor if you wanted to. There were no bad smells and everything seemed really sterile. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.
