Doesn't seem the right hand knows what the left one is doing. Called for a Wellness appt for insurance. I needed 3 appts for "nutritional counseling" . Some front girl made all 3 appts for me. Then when I go to the first one, I am told I can't have the other two on the dates they were made since they were not two weeks apart which puts me over the deadline for the insurance. Thanks. Front girls and receptionists are not skillful in what they do. Don't know how to schedule appts correctly. Also, have had wellness checks there at that clinic for years. Not once have I been told I have had any problems with blood work. I go to a primary physician and have the same CBC blood work done and find out I am pre-diabetic, anemic, low vit C, low vit D and others... Their "wellness" checks are jokes.

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Not at all, their cologne smelled great

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible
