So far I'm not very please with them .I found 1 guy helpful the rest seem to be not helpful with attatudes. I only been dealing with them for over a month now so I'll give them more time.

The initial service was slow, but fine. What was not fine is the bill for service. The bill, not from Lincare, but from a heretofore unknown party, did not accept our insurance. Our insurance refused to pay. We are stuck with the bill.

When I brought this to the Lincare office person's attention, she stated that I am the first to complain. She interrupted me in a tone that said, not my problem, I don't want to hear. She eventually hung up because I was yelling.

She seems unable to hear that oxygen sensors ARE NOT COVERED by Molina. That patients would not complain to them because they are talking to the billing (3rd party) company, and their insurance company. She seems happy in her ignorance.

Great people! I'm a Lincare customer from Florida and they rescued me when I lost my nasal wisp mask 3000 miles from home! They could have ignored my request, but instead rescued me, my wife and friends from two more weeks of sleepless nights due to my snoring. Lincare Inc, you truly have GREAT emloyees in Mt. Vernon, Washington.

I received my sleep apnia from there a year ago and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The woman who set me up was very kind and was very informative. I have recently sent two coworkers there as well to get new supplies and they both agreed that this company was far better than the others.
