Can never reach anyone by phone to order tubing I need for my oxygen generator. I have been trying for days. I plan on asking my insurance company for a different supplier.

terrible customer service. wait on phone for over 1 hr and then get disconnected almost immediately by woman who answered, wish i could find new supplier in salt lake area this is past horrible customer service

1) Requested supply of tubing, clearly specifying that I just needed the nasal prong. Received instead several packs, each containing 15 METERS (590 INCHES) of tubing.
2) Truck shows up at door unannounced and leaves a handwritten message to the effect that my phone number on file with Lincare "does not work". Have been a client for several years. If they truly have lost my phone number, they could send a letter by postal mail.
3) I am strongly opposed to the truck parking in front of the house with the Lincare name prominently displayed on the vehicle. this a clear violation of medical privacy.
Finally, I just tried to call Lincare to find out what phone number they have on file for me, only to be connected with their answering service, who a) was unable to connect me with Lincare, and b) refused to take a message.
THIS IS, ACROSS THE BOARD, A MISERABLE SERVICE.

My Doctor sent over a prescription to Lincare for CPAP. Once received they proceeded to do nothing for a over a month since they couldn't figure out where the insurance information was located. I was told by my doctors office to contact them direct. This is when the herific lack of service, common courtacy and rudeness began! Still after I provided the Insurance information -- they proceeded to do nothing. They would call me and leave a message to call, yet when I called back I could never talk with the person that left the message. After over 2 month of this nightmare -- I cancelled my CPAP and went somewhere else. IF YOU CAN AVOID GOING HERE -- DO SO. You will surley re- great it if you don't !!

Lincare's billing department is awful. They don't return phone calls and they screw up on the billing every month. It takes forever to get it fixed because they won't take your call. They said we owe a lot more than our insurance said. Our insurance had to call them for them to fix it. They need to hire someone in billing with a brain. The people who come to your house are creepy. I will never do business with them again.

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

No, they didn't even attempt to explain

Yes, they made me feel like I shouldn't have called
Are you going to visit this provider again?
