Horrible service. They keep charging for their equipment even though it has been picked up. Unable to reach them on the phone.

I have asked for weeks for oxygen tubing and nasal cannula s for months now. I am getting sinus infection s from my only cannula. I am on hold all the time over an hour every time I call. They are always rude.

HORRIBLE customer service attitude on the part of the lady I spoke with at 2:26 PM on 11/26/21. My dad is down to two C tanks to be able to go down and eat meals in his dining room, and they REFUSE to deliver oxygen to him until THEIR scheduled date Dec 1st. On 11/24 I spoke with someone because no one had delivered oxygen on the delivery day [which I was told is Wednesdays], and a nice girl said she would put in an order for Friday 11/26. No one came 11/26, nor has anyone contacted me about this matter, even though I've called them FOUR times now [11/22 at 11:46 AM, 11/24 at 9:44 AM and 7:19 PM, and 11/26 at 2:26 PM]. This is HORRIBLE, as my dad is recovering from a serious illness. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE. They are both incompetent AND have at least one lady in customer service that is vengefully ANTI-customer. HOW can companies stay in business when they treat people like this?

I have tried twice in the past two years to get a prescription for CPAP supplies fulfilled! Currently, they have had my doctor's Rx for a new CPAP machine for four weeks and they have not even called me. I have called twice. The first time they indicated that my order was still being PROCESSED. Just called again and have to leave the call after nearly an hour on hold! How do these folks stay in business?

Horrible! first off never told I was to go to there office instead of my doctors and subsequently missed the appointment. second got an appointment for the next day at their office and they phoned at the last moment that the instructor was sick. I was already driving but don't answer while I am in the car and don't find out the cancelation until I arrive. To damn late. now I'm out of town for 5 days, oh well! Now I make an appointment for when I get back but when I call they have no record of it. In my opinion its 3 strikes your out. I get there web site they are the worst.

I chose 1 star because I had to, they don't deserve the 1 star!
They are rude, uncaring, incompetent, & deceitful! They rarely get my mom's order right. They have a 30 day return policy, but the 30 days starts when you place your order. They take their sweet time getting it to you, so when you get the order the 30 days is almost up! Oh, & here is the kicker, if you open the shipping box they say federal law will not allow them to take the supplies back. But, (HELLO) you have to open the box not only to see if the order is correct, but also to get the return form. I tried calling the person who took the order the last time they got it wrong & she was out to lunch. I was told that she would get the massage & call me back. Not, only did she NEVER call me back, every time I called, no matter what time of the day I called she was always "out to lunch".
Also the other ongoing problem we have with them is with the card in the c-pap machine that records the usage of the machine. Mom's ins company needs a reading every 6 months to prove that she is using it & needs the supplies. Well, Rhema told me when we got the machine to take the little piece off the back of the machine after 90 days & return it to them. It was for their records & that the machine would work fine without it. It works, but there is nothing saved on the card because the piece we returned was the modem! So, no one can get a reading off the card. I had to take it to them (20 miles away) to get a reading. No one in sight when we got there, after waiting for 30 mins someone came to the front, didn't introduce herself was very put out by having to serve us. She got a reading & said see...no problem. Of course, she has the modem. I asked if I was going to have to bring it in every time we needed a reading? She said or send it in ahead of time. I said oh that's convenient, besides, I can't trust you to get mom's orders right. There is no way I am going to trust sending in the card & relying on you to get it back to me. They won't give us the modem back, even though the machine is now my mom's, & they still charge the ins company for rental of the machine, even though it is mom's. CROOKS!
Terrible company!

I don't know how these people stay in business. They are rude and lazy. There are over 200 BBB complaints. Do yourself a favor and choose another supplier.

Having used a C-pap for almost 8 years I chose Rhema because it was close to my house. I have been required twice to go to their "office". I was never greeted, not one person of 3 or 4, until the "respiratory Therapist" looked at me and said; "You have an appointment?" First words spoken to me as I stood in the lobby for 2-5 minutes.

I wanted a new machine, but it took over a year of screw-ups, poor customer service, and general apathy to get one. I am currently looking for a DME provider that appreciates the customer.
