would not work with me, I was making payments on my outstanding balance. I was turned over to collections for less than a two hundred dollar balance. I would not ever recommend these clowns.

Worst customer service ever. I spent the entire treatment time fighting with these people to get the supplies I needed. No one listened to my concerns and no one cared.
There was an issue with Medicare (to be able to cover the amount of equipment I needed. That was never followed up on. Worst experience.
Find a different provider.

Not at all. It was obvious they didn't care about me

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!
Did they follow up with you after your appointment?
No. I still haven't talked to them.
Does this provider give unbiased advice?
No. I didn't trust their motives.
