My CPAP & supplies was covered by my insurance at 100% as I had paid my max out of pocket for the year but was billed $150 extra by HHM as "NON COVERED FEES" when questioning it, I was told it was for excise tax (which is not allowable per .GOV website) and surcharges. Cut to the chase and several emails (which they stopped resonding to) and phone calls later, I had to contact BCBS and report them. They were able to get me a refund. I understand costs are high for everyone but when you have a contract with an insurance provider, you have to stay with the contracted agreement. You cant just charge people fees to compensate for higher prices. Needless to say, after how I was treated I will not be using them again.

I have been ordering sleep supplies from Hope Home Medical for a number of years now and have always been happy with the service and knowledge of the people. I had an issue with the machine once and they were very helpful in getting this resolved.

The older gentlemen who fitted my CPAP to start with was very nice but every time I've called since I've gotten a younger lady who has been very abrupt and rude on the phone. I asked for copies of my receipts and I had to call three days in a row to get it done, and when I called the third day to say I hadn't yet received it she felt it would somehow be helpful to retrieve the confirmation from the fax machine and tell me what time she faxed it and to say that she'd gotten confirmation on her end. Well, sorry, but that doesn't change the fact that I didn't receive it. When you can *hear* somebody roll their eyes through the phone, you're not getting good service.

Not at all! They were boring and outdated
