Great product - Terrible customer service

I only put one star to be able to write this review. This is a aweful company. The people who work there should be ashamed to work there. I’ve needed a wheelchair since 12/14/18. Today is 12/2718. No wheelchair. They promise everyday it will be here. This company sucks. They want my credit card number every time I call. To the owners, managers and supervisors. Shame on you!
