My father was hospitalized with CHF then sent home without oxygen. This happened twice within one month. His O2 sats were in the 70's and the home health care service confirmed he needed oxygen but said it would be several days before they could get one delivered to him. My husband and I both worked in the medical field and were able to beg some spare medical O2 off of some friends. When the promised O2 concentrator was still not delivered almost 2 weeks later I was desperate. I started calling around and after several attempts with other companies, Debbie with Oxygen Respiratory Care was the first person who listened to me. They had a unit at our house within 2 hours. Vincent came in off-duty to deliver it. We cannot thank them enough for listening and for going out of their way to help us. The relief on my parent’s faces when the unit arrived was very evident. Thank you Debbie and Vincent. People like you are what is lacking in these big corporate run businesses where patients are just numbers.

Very Caring person. Cares about the well being of others and tries to help any she can. Has taken care of my respiratory supplies for several years. Very honest and dependable.

If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I felt a little pressured to buy products, but it wasn't overbearing. Still, I wish they had been a little more professional. Poor record keeping. They are always out of supplies and pass the buck blaming "someone else." They are supposed to send supplies automatically every 3 months but I am still waiting 6 weeks later.
