This company is awful! I am currently on hold for 20 minutes and counting. The customer service people are rude like it's an inconvenience to do thier job! I have gotten one excuse after another trying to get my mom a portable concentrator. I am currently looking for another company to supply my moms oxygen needs. Lincare you need to be shut down! 2 months and my mom still don't have what she needs. This is beyond ridiculous!

This is one of the worst supply companies to use in this area. Unfortunately, there aren’t a lot of respiratory DME options in East TN. The staff in the office are rude and act as if you’re trying to steal money from their pockets, because you have doctors orders for something new or for more than what is typically provided. Laura and Brittany are some of the rudest people in the office and take personal offense if you question them. Andrea the RT acts very ditzy, jumpy and as if she is on something. It takes her over and hour to do home checks on equipment. When she talks it is in a slow and slurred voice. She can’t answer questions a RT should know, she forget what she is doing one minute to the next. She stays in the home and driveway so long I’m afraid she may be casing it out. I don’t like calling people out by name, but these people are affecting people’s quality of life. This company seems very sketchy. Be wary, if you can find another company please use it over Linacare.

Very arrogant with dealing over the phone. Sent the doctor forms to be filled out with the wrong fax number to send back. If I had not followed up on my supplies I could not get them. Today was told they are coming from Florida. I really wish they would hire competent people to work in this office. Tried to be nice gets you no where. Kindness is suppose to kill well they should be dead by now. My hearing from the loud music they play is almost gone.

This is the worst company for respiratory supplies. My baby is very medically fragile. We have had to fight for equipment to keep him alive. They recommended to the insurance to deny my son a second vent. However, when we thought we had a problem with only one we had they refused to come check and even called my son's nurse a lair. They refuse to overnight a vent heater that my son desperately needs to stay healthy and ALIVE. We shouldn't have to spend a week in the hospital so he can get the proper humidity. They have not sent doctors orders to insurance for approval, because they said they'd be denied. When questioned by the ins case manager the answers changed. They have not sent out things ins has approved until we are forced to have the ins company call them wanting to know where the equipment is. Yolanda and Brittany threatened to have someone come and take my son's only vent when we had to get loud in order to advocate for my son's life. These women in the office have zero compassion for anyone. It's almost like they are playing with my child's life because we've called them out and also gotten the insurance company involved. Unfortunately, the way these companies and insurance are we cannot switch to another company. I've never heard a good word about this company from anyone I've met that uses them. The insurance nurse that comes twice a year even said she'd never heard any positives about this company.

Great attention to detail and wonderful customer service! After dealing with a company here in Knoxville, I was extremely disappointed with their service. So, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LINCARE over all in the CPAP companies in the Knoxville TN area.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
