Terrible! Started with them 3 years ago, they were great first 7 months then they just blow you off, never call back, leave you stuck. My Bipap broke haven't had it for close to a month now, and just doesn't seem to be that important to them. God I feel sorry for all the other patients they leave stuck. GOING TO FIND ANOTHER MEDICAL SUPPLY THAT HAS SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE.
