I have sent a consumer there to get shoes, that they need and explained that her insurance would not pay that this would be a self-pay. They made the appointment and stated they would help. The consumer went to the appointment. Weeks later we were contacted and told that her insurance would not cover "Duh, told you that in the first place." Then was told that her insurance says she cant self-pay for the shoes. That it isnt "their Policy" but a policy through her insurance." Are you serious??? I called the insurance company and they stated that is never been their policy nor could it be their policy. Irritated that a company would stoop this low......

I was "fitted" for a new brace in March of 2017, which consisted of them trying on two braces and me picking the one that felt better. In July 0f 2017 I received a bill from them for $575.00 in additional to what my insurance paid. This is outrageous for something I only wore for three weeks and they were paid by my insurance company. Next time I will go buy my own knew brace and not pay $575.00 for it.

Overcharge us on a backbrace..... $1300 you gotta be kidding.... Insurance pays $725..... Then the greed of this company sends us a bill 10 MONTHS after the fact for another $127..... Unexpected bill and we really do not have assets for payment.... Oh yes they want the $$$ in 2 weeks or else.... Called to ask about this fraud (that is what it is when the product is overpriced) and then I get a employee with an attitude)...

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help
