I was given CPO2 as supplier for a CPAP machine 2 years ago. Great service then but I couldn't use a single pressure CPAP, fell below insurance conditions and had to return it. Recently I did a new sleep study and now qualified for a BiPap. I agreed to return to CPO2 as they were very nice the last time. Just as good this time. I'm on a top rated Philips DreamStation Auto BiPap with heated humidifier and an Amara View mask. Just perfect! The crew there rate excellent in training and support. Highly recommend. They do work well with my UnitedHealthCare Community insurance plan, HUGE plus!

The initial visit was fine. They talk you about the unit being purchased and have you sign papers. The unit was missing a filter that needs to be changed every 2 weeks. I called Melissa said she would get one sent to us. 1 week went by. I called she said it's probably in the UPS shipment this week. One more week has gone by. No contact. No filter. They also said they would request from our Dr.something stating we need a particular brand mask. I asked Dr. Office today. No request had been sent. So far service is appalling.

not very professionally operated business ! I have been trying to do business with CPO2 since APRIL 3RD and instead of CPO2 calling me I have to call them when I get frustrated waiting to get an answer ! the last time I called CPO2 was going to call my insurance carrier that day for approval on a new c-pap machine and supposedly call me back with an answer that day !!! WELL EITHER THE INSURANCE COMPANY MOVED TO TIMBUCKTOO, CPO2 WENT OUT OF BUSINESS , OR SOMEBODY DIED BECAUSE THAT WAS TWO ( 2 ) WEEKS AGO AND NO PHONE CALL, NO RESPONSE FROM CPO2 !!! IS THIS ANY WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS ???? I WOULDN'T REFER MY DOG TO THIS PLACE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Six Months? Help! We have been trying to get supplies from CPo2 inc since January. Your than receptionest was unwilling to submit a request form for the transfer of records and sleep studies. upon my prompting she than contacted someone internal to find our there was a form that could be filled out. she then took our information and submitted it. i left copies with her also. no response. Upon no contact from her , i continued to call and stop by to see where we stood. About the third visit she said our information was received and a supervisor was to review the file. upon a later visits i found she had left the company and a new person was there and that all my info was lost or destroyed and not there. Your employee, Melissa was transfered to the Chambersburg office from Martinsberg W VA. we than started over again collecting info for you again. I wasn't able to get a single one of my questions answered the entire time I was there. I ended up leaving even more confused and frustrated.. upon receiving the info requesated, my wife and i took our machines to an appointment with Mark Ellis on April 21 2014 and was assured supplies would be forth comming. .The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They were happy to help me with whatever I needed. we are now at may the 15th and no supplies are received. my last contact with Melissa was about two weeks ago. she still has not called back with info as she had promised to do . i am willing to receive shipments from your company. if you are unwilling to care for us as customers, please say so. we have a lot of patients, but it is wearing thin. we just need our supplies.
