Even though I have had issues with Lincare, I like dealing with them. All the other companies are just like Lincare if not worse. I do think Lincares phone system is messed up. When my doctor faxes prescriptions and orders it takes multiple orders for them to receive. It is actually better to just have her send to you and you deliver, true story. It always takes the RX, the order and THE CHART NOTES. Always. They always get my O2 on time (thank you). I recently had an issue with my nebulizer. My old one broke so we ordered a new one, it took weeks I can't live without one. It was during the wildfires and because I did not have my machine, I ended up getting an asperation that ended me in ICU. My doctor would not let me go home without the machine, he had a huge fight with them over the phone about me not having a machine etc. Lincare delivered one to the hospital for me. Their phone system is their worst issue but the employees are great. I do like working with them.

If you doctor gives you another option other than Lincare in Albany, take it. Spoken on the phone with Jeremy multiple times. First they never received order, even though doctor sent multiple times. Then he tells me Doctor didn't send everything and 5 minutes later tells the doctor they do have everything. And of course, when asked about that conversation, he has no memory of it. A week later when I call to see whats taking so long, he mysteriously found something else the doctor didn't send him. I still have no order and order should have been taken care of 3 weeks ago. Absolutely dishonest and unprofessional. Wish I would have gone with the other option the doctor gave me.

I have spent (literally)( hours in my attempts to contact a billing/insurance representative to change my insurance and to find out how long it will be before the machine is mine, etc. The last person I talked with assured me she would get that information in a few days. It has been about a week.
Calling back the local number and the 800 number only results in long holds, being transferred and being on hold again. I sincerely wish I had never gotten my equipment through this company. They deserve an "F" customer service rating. I have been on hold for over 45 minutes and am still on hold as I am typing this.

This provider is usless I have been trying tof two weeks to get supplies from then no returned calls nothing yet my dr. sent them the info they needed still nothing. I'll look or someone else. I'll also call medicare and make sure they r not billing them also. lousy service!!!
