If someone were to ask me to refer them to a company, it CERTAINLY WOULDN'T be this company. I was approved for a power wheelchair through my insurance company on June 1, 2018. As of this date which is Aug. 27, I still have not received the chair, nor have I ever once been told why or what the problem is. Not only have I been told multiple stories "lies", but so has numerous people within the insurance company. Not only do these people not how to be honest, they don't even bother to call you back when you have taken the time to call and inquire to the current status. If you're not in any hurry, or if you are fortunate enough to have cash to pay out to them, then go ahead. Otherwise, RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I give one star only because that is as low as it will allow me to go.
