Trying to get an appointment for a new CPap is like flying to the moon. Per calling Lincare in advance they told us we need to see our doctor first to get an order. We saw our doctor last week, he faxed over an order but Lincare didn't get it!
I have had this problem before with a fax going from my doctor's office to Lincare which supposedly they didn't get. The last time this happened the doctor's orders were buried under a lot of other faxes! It is so frustrating!!

Visited re: cpap supplies. Representative was rude, demanding to know if I was on Medicare, asking repeatedly before I had reached the counter! I'm not, I'm BC/BS. Oh well, I thought. I gave my personal info and prescription. I was told I would be contacted by a resp. therapist within a day or two. 10 business days later: NOTHING. Called rep. onsite at Norman, and explained. Told it must have been overlooked. I asked her to please follow up and let me know. "Of course, I will." 5 weeks later: NOTHING from anyone at the Norman Lincare office. Very disappointed. Would not recommend at all! If there was less than one star I would give that!

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
