As a healthcare professional who has worked with Apria more times than I would like to have, WORST DME COMPANY EVER. never expect quick deliveries for oxygen, has taken over 2 months and still patient does not have it.

Was sorry that I was unable to talk with a person in the local office. At least Apria answers their phone which is better than the other agencies in OKC.

Worst customer service one can possibly imagine. Unresponsive to request to provide CPAP machine....waited 60 days for them to respond. No response and discovered they had not submitted written request for CPAP to insurance pre-cerification which so happens to have been approved before my initial contact.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! They deserve a NEGATIVE STAR rating, I gave a 1star rating ONLY so I could submit this post.
My husband needs equipment for a test the dr. needs. These people are dumber than a bag of hair (literally). I have spent over 2 hours on the phone and have yet to find someone who knows anything. I finally had to get in my car and go over to the office (20 miles away). The people there are great and we got things done in less than 10 minutes, BUT they do not have a direct phone line to their office so I can't call them. They finally called and left a number to call back to arrange delivery. Can't get anyone. I have called 4 times, get a computer with options that are not what I need, after 10-15 minutes they disconnect. Their hours are 8-5 and I have my grandchildren 7-5. I will have to take them with me in my car and go over there and then do it again when we need the equipment picked up. After this test WE ARE DONE WITH APRIA!!!

If I could do less than 1 star I would. You can't talk to a local person. Even dialing the local number sends you to a call service in India, and those people are clueless and very unhelpful! Then once I finally got my supplies delivered, the box had been cut open and crudely taped back up with scotch tape. There was a sticker stating it couldn't be returned if opened, so like hell I'm going to accept it having been opened. DO NOT use these people!!!!
