The durable medical equipment company my insurance uses no longer carries ortho supplies. I went to Wright-Filippis for the knee brace ordered. They were very helpful and able to work with my insurance so there was very little out of pocket expense as I had met my deductible. I have recommended that they be added to our Tier 1 providers list!

The office was easy enough to find. The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they had to ask someone else. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. I was uncomfortable that they were reluctant to seek any sort of outside advice when they didn't have an answer for my question. Been to the office 3 times and still do have my product but they have my money because i had to put half down before they ordered the product even though i have insurance.
