Rude, difficult to speak to anyone. Was never personally fitted, therefore constantly searching for videos for help. Won't allow anything returned even if have only had a few days and trying new type and unhappy with it., so end up with 6 mo supply of something I can't use then have to buy my own for 6 months. Very impersonal, appear to have care less attitude. I only saw a employee the day I picked up my machine and all that goes with it . On a cold windy snowy day outside during covid
