I have contacted this provider several times regarding the fact that they received payment from Medicare after I had already paid them, to try to resolve this double payment. They have not returned my calls after several attempts. Their phone answering system does not seem to work very well, and I am concerned with their lack of follow-up for a matter that should only take a few minutes to resolve. I had no option about receiving their supplies, as they were provided indirectly through my physician's office. I am not being given any opportunity to deal with them and I am concerned whether they are engaging in Medicare fraud. My next call will be to Medicare to report this!

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places
