The worse company ever to deal with. ON hold for at least 45mins. I have been trying to get a CPAC Machine replacement part since July of 2015 and its now September, there are so many different departments to get thru and still I do not have a replacement part or usable CPAC machine for my 89yr old mother with sleep apnea. I have talked to at least 5 customer service people and a supervisor who sound like I was interrupting her lunch and I just hung up and I am looking for a Medical Supply Company with GOOD customer service and can stand by their products! ARE THERE ANY OUT THERE PLEASE CONTACT ME!

Tried to order oxygen. waited 1/2 hr on phone got disconnected twice. Finally got thru and told I had to take bottles to branch to get filled. Sure would hate to be confined to a bed. Bad attitudes, could care less.

They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to waste my time on hold. (15-20 min not unusual. longer at times) The office was easy enough to find.
