I paid my bill in January but now I get a second bill, plus $15 late fee. I cannot reach the office. Doesn’t an office exist?

I have sent a check. I have tried to call and never get a call back. This has been going on for months. I don't understand why I can not get through to customer service/billing.

Impossible to reach "customer services" I have tried for several days in regard to an incorrect bill. Each time I have been held on hold for 13 to 15 minutes.........Ive given up!!!!! CONTACT ME!!!!! My rating is zero stars - somehow that is not available - so I will have to give one - in order to file. It is now 19 minutes on hold.
