Worst company ever to have to deal with. Orders are never delivered on time or ever made. Numerous phone calls have to be made and told never to order from the call center. To call the main office. Still doesn't change anything. My husband has been dealing with the Horrible Customer Svc for a year now. Just today had to follow up on an order made a few weeks ago to have a machine delivered to our vacation spot. And no order has been made. Think of this when you need oxygen and you have none!!!!!!!!!! After another call he has been assured the unit will be at the destination.

I thought the service I received today in getting a new CPAP was totally awesome. I can't find words to describe the caring and compassion manner in which I was helped with a difficult issue in getting a new CPAP.

This company continues to bill us and Medicare more than a year after the equipment was returned to their other branch called Ultra Medical who operates under nearly a dozen different names. Will give you a delivery ticket when they do a PICK UP and fail to register the returned equipment in their records. We are almost ready to sue.

This company is definitely not customer oriented. The person answering the phone is curt. The therapist I spoke to was extremely rude and not at all empathetic to my situation. They obviously have not heard the saying"treat others as you would have them treat you". Will not utilize their services in the future.
