13 months ago I received a USED bed from this company. Both the headboard and footboard have deep gashes in areas and when I questioned the guy who set it up he said its all they had available. At least I feel like I got a new mattress it was wrapped nicely and that made it seem better. But after sleeping on it for one night I realize this bed was horrible and I should have made a complaint right then and there but I asked the social worker at my doctor's office and she said maybe one of those machines would help that blows up the mattress toppers. $89 later I found out to guess what it doesn't..not her fault. Then we tried a new mattress while better the bed folds funny..But DOME STINKS. Susan and Kristin are nice its MERLYN if her supervisors or the owners of this business don't seriously think about letting her go the are doing their business a big disservice. She is rude, unprofessional, loud, obnoxious, I can't even think of all the words to explain how horrible of Customer Experience I had with her today. I was to the point I was in tears saying don't you care i am a cancer patient and your screaming at me. I couldn't even think of all I wanted to say. I also see in 2019 someone left a review involving the same issue I myself encountered with Merlyn. Maybe her supervisor and or the owner of this company should sit up and take notice. I plan on making not only her complete lack of respect and customer service experience and poor judgment of how to treat customers in this type of business especially with the elder, ill, or both. Not to also mention the bedding and other mobility aids that may or may not be needed well I am now not too much in the mind to have anything in the future come from this company.

Excellent customer service , especially by Teema. We had many problems with doctors' paperwork, and she stuck by us. Have received products in the past with record speed.

The staff were excellent. Got my mom a replacement air mattress immediately. Showed up on time and we’re very professional. Thank you.
