This is the WORSE COMPANY EVER!!! I must have called them tens of times! The last call I told them my name and told them I was dead..still no call bacK!! I had to go out a buy a machine so i could breath!!!! Shame on them! ZERO for thw rating

I'm 5 miles from Lincare in Dover and can pick up equipment easily, but they prefer to mail it to me and it takes two or more weeks to get here.

My husband had equipment delivered by Lincare in July which was to be temporary while he waited for equipment to be delivered by the VA. He got the VA equipment 2 days after delivery. Lincare was contacted to pick up the equipment but did not. A month later they called and said the insurance was not going to pay for the equipment and they needed to pick it up, they were told to come and get it and that it has not been used in over a month and was only used 1 night. They never came.I called several times and was told my husband is not in their system and the equipment must belong to someone else. I have a file from Lincare and the equipment has their sticker on it. I have tried to get them to come pick it up for 2 months with no avail. We best not get a bill for this. I know several other people who have had the same issue. We do not need this equipment and would like it removed from our home. We have the correct equipment from the VA. Neither piece of Lincare's equipment is prescribed to my husband.

My mother was released from the hospital on 9/30/2017 with a portable oxygen bottle. The lincare person that delivered her oxygen to the hospital said within 2 days she would be getting 2 additional small oxygen bottles delivered to her home. On 10/3/2017 my sister called lincare and asked where the oxygen was. She went back and forth with them for awhile and was promised it would be delivered the following day before 9am and if not sometime during the day. (stupidest answer ever in my opinion) well on 10/4/2017 no delivery, so at around 4:30 pm. I called and asked if it was coming the female I talked to seemed a little put of but said my mother was on the list and it would be delivered before the delivery people came back. Waiting..........waiting..........still waiting. At almost 7 pm. my mother called and was told the drivers had to return by 8 pm, so we foolishly still have hope. So we waited......... still waiting......... waiting....... 9pm we give up all hope. On 10/05/2017 my mother calls again asking if it will be arriving today? She was told they don't have an order for her?#$%@(!. This is oxygen not some simple non life threatening thing. These people are at best inept! Still waiting but in the meantime her doctor has put in an order with another supplier. Will never ever recommend these people to anyone! My biggest regret is I had to give them 1 star to review them!!!!!!!!!

Things start out nicely there. I met with a nurse and she got me setup with a CPAP. That is about where it ends. Since then I have never been able to get an answer in a single phone call either to the local location or God forbid to the national call center. Call the local location and they have to get a nurse to call you back. Call the national call center and they cannot even give definitions for things like compliance...for that you have to leave a message with someone in compliance and wait for 24 - 48 hours for a return call. This company needs to go to some customer service seminars cause they have no clue what good customer service is. Unfortunately they are the only company my insurance works with!

Service has been horrible. For the past 3 months the delivery of liquid O2 has been a struggle to get. This is my life line but lincare doesn't care. I have been with this company for many years and never had so much trouble aggravation in getting my O2. It is always truck is broken. Short of staff no delivery guy not enough liquid oxygen. Communication is terrible. No call back if your lucky enough to get someone on phone. They give you the run around. I'm looking into another oxygen company that cares. Oh and trying to get tubing, forget it. They keep telling me they don't have any on the truck. And the office will tell you they will let the delivery guy know catch 22. Grrrrrr. They are hopeless if I leave my email address they will just retaliate against me by giving me more run around.

I have been waiting since October '16 for reapproval for supplies, when my doctor sent them the refill request, and no one seems to be able to get this problem straightened out. I had 3 years of great service, but now cannot get approval from the main office , and no one knows why. Basically, I have had no supplies except for one pair of filters that was sent by someone in the local office. Very frustrating... bad customer service (not from local office, but they cannot get this straightened out even though I call every month and they have sent numerous emails to the company about this.
