Lincare has been providing all my oxygen and equipment needs for about 20 months. I can't tell you what a wonderful team these folks are. Across the board, they put the client first and are respectful and cheerful. That is rare today. The quality of service and knowledge base of providers has been excellent.

Lincare out of Franklin is NOT worth the aggrevation. They are not worth the one star I awarded. 1) They do not have the number of supplies to get to their customers, 2) They leave you waiting all day for delivery, 3) Even if they give you an ETA... They are not worth the one star I awarded. 1) They do not have the number of supplies to get to their customers, 2) They leave you waiting all day for delivery, 3) Even if they give you an ETA they do not keep it, 4) The CSRs (Sam and Cindy) are rude, 5) They state they open at 8 am daily, yet they never have the phones routed to office till 830 or later, 6) They took THREE DAYS to pick up the equipment from my home, 7) their drug representative, Jeff is creepy and has had to be ejected from offices on occassion, 8) While the supervisor yells at her reps in an unprofessional manner when visiting offices. I do not recommend this company to anyone. If you have needs of this type may I recommend Kelleys out of Sylva they are WONDERFUL!!! ALAS I have waited 8 hours and still no pick up has been made. If you choose Lincare of Franklin....good luck to you
