If I could give a partial star I would. Terrible customer service on the phone and in person. The call center is a bit better, when they call asking if supplies are needed. But the people at the brick and mortars are rude and ignorant and should not be in this line of work.

Golden Valley site has disrespectful staff and horrible customer service. Have experienced this repeatedly from the leadership level down.

Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
