They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else.

Also, they were very intrusive and asked personal questions I felt were none of their business. They also did not call the correct insurance company, which created lots of confusion and when the confusion was resolved after I called my insurance company, they did not call me back to let me know they had everything they needed to fill my prescription.

I am wondering if they are not providing good service because they have little competition.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods.
