This company DOES NOT return phone calls, they are poorly managed and the lack customer Service skills. Additionally, they lack the skill set to process worker's Comp claims. In over a one year period of time, this company has NOT returned any of my nine (9) phone calls to resolve a billing error at their end.

Their response is to send threatening letters citing legal action and collection services.Yet they will not return a phone call.

Had I known about their business practices, I would have avoided doing business with them altogether.
