They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting. They opted to answer none of my questions about their medical supplies, which left me confused and frustrated. I guess I'm going to have to go to someone else now. I always feel like I'm bothering the staff. They don't seem to care if I'm there or not. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what was going on for me. They only want to help if you have people's health insurance. They only supply ostomy supplies for people on peoples health insurance because I changed insurance they said I would have to find another provider. Asked for supervisor and Tina the supervisor said sorry we don't file for your insurance.
