I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.

I felt a little pressured to buy products, but it wasn't overbearing. Still, I wish they had been a little more professional. I felt very rushed. I waited over an hour to pick up my CPAP. Their office looked like the cleaning crew may have skipped a week. BE AWARE:::: they do not accept Repayment plans-they say they do but if you r bill is not paid off, even though you are on a Repayment plan they still send you to collections. They told me 7-9 months to go to collections after you get the product no matter how long insurance takes. I found it VERY UPSETTING that they would not give me a definate timeframe or work with me..
