Customer service on the phone was poor, they wanted me to do new testing to switch to them as my new oxygen provider, then I didn't have to have, then I did, then I didn't, then they got me set up, and gave me cannulas that give oxygen only to one nostrile, they give me regulator with 2 tubes, and later give me cannula with horrible fat tubing, they don't provide back pack for tank, they don't provide second regulator and suggest I purchase on my own, they forgot to put me on hold and talked and laughed at me. They did all this to a potential customer for the rest of my life -- This was all the first day!!! The one start is because they apologized for confusion on requiring test, since previous one not that old and offered to take waiver for the concentrator.
