Office was DIRTY!!! Staff was not very helpful. I only went there because my Dr ordered a O2 test that I needed to get from them.

They don't want your business. Go to Williams Brothers in Columbus. Cpap machine died and they said it was going to be 2 to 3 weeks. No offer of rental. Asked if I should go somewhere else and was told, "Sure".

Once again one star is to good for this awful company, my husbands Passey valve was gone on Sunday morning, we called right away to order a new one, it is now Thursday, the order finally came, but no Passey valve, he either can't talk or we take the disposable inner cannula out I order to block the trach so he can talk, also no disposable inner cannula so, so I am re-using the disposable ones, nothing but shoddy service from this so called company, I am more than upset, don't bother calling the company they just pass the buck

To bad there isn't a minus star, we have had 3 doctors and two nurses try to get my husbands Trachs and trach supplies, they sent disposable Trachs in Dec. not what was ordered, and I had to clean a disposable trach for over a month before they sent the disposable tubes, he has not had the tube holder (collar) at all we have been sponge bathing over a month, because we don't have any. They were suppose to come get his oxygen tanks in December, they are still sitting here. they are absolutely the worse company, use anyone but them, disgrace, nothing but hot air from them.
