I phoned Lincare on April 23, 2019. Initially I spoke to a representative who, once learning what I needed, offered to refer me to someone who could better address my concern. Within 30 minutes a local representative in my geographic area called me. Miss June, was patient, attentive, and helpful in pinpointing my problem, and providing possible solutions to resolve my issue. I appreciate the time and effort that was exerted toward guiding me down the right path toward resolution.

I gave them a one star because you don't have a number lower than one. They will not return calls and they act like they are doing you a favor taking your money.

I wouldn't recommend using Lincare. I have ask to have mask and filter for cpap mailed and haven't received them. I've called several times and they put you on hold until it disconnects. I've ask to speak with a manager and never get the chance too. My sister spoke with 8 people requesting this on my behalf and they refused when she is my POA and Medical Advisor. I've been very sick and the Dr. run a test to see if the germs from the mask is whats causing my problems and if it is i will be speaking with an attorney. I just took the machine to the office and told them to stick it where the sun doesnt shine. My Dr. has also been made awhere and I've requested another supplier. They even locked my account. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT...Sorry I couldn't get my star to go lower than a 1 or I would have to say my opionon is very low on this company.
