this is NOT the care I received today. A representative, Jose, was belittling and harassing when I tried to explain to him that I could now order because my deductible was met---it wasn't met in June and I couldn't afford it. Even though the supervisor agreed to listen to the recording... I will not purchase there anymore. It really upset me the way I was spoken to and there are many other companies that can send me my CPAP supplies. I am letting my Dr. office know as well so they don't recommend Doubeck for CPAP needs.

Doubek Medical Supply, goes on and beyond the call for your needs. I have been with them for over a year or more. And they have worked with me on what works best with oxygen needs, I have never had any problem with any person I spoke with or dealt with in their store. I read some of the other reviews, and laughed at the one that stated she was on hold for 10 minutes. Try calling a government agency. :) My first experience with Doubek was when I was are leased from the Hospital for having Sepsis, I nearly died, and when I went to see my Doctor just a few days after my release from the hospital, my Doctor was surprised they sent me home with out any shower chair, toilet lift, because at the time I still needed help. Someone from my Doctors office call Doubek, and next thing you know there is a shower chair delivered to my house. I still use it, being on oxygen 24/7, it really helps. Doubek's even helped me out with this "Affordable" health care we are now forced to take, by working with the insurance and myself. The young men that deliver my oxygen are fantastic, my husband has become friends with them. And it seems when I call for my order of Oxygen I get the same person. Marie. She is a sweetheart. As I said everyone we have dealt with at Doubek's are wonderful, caring people. I can't say enough good about them. The boss's even make deliveries, if they are short a person. What boss does that? Wishing the entire staff at Doubek Medical Supply and very Merry Christmas and a Wonderful New Year. Hopefully good things will be coming to us all. Thank you Doubek, And all the people I have spoke with. I could keep writing because that's me, and I sure Becky and Marie and even Paul know that. LOL All the best to you all. Life Savers.

Is very unresponsive to the customer and the customer's needs. They seem to do a stalling technique instead of helping the customer out. I am still waiting (3 weeks later about an auto CPAP exchange from JEN). I am at the point where I am going to return the CPAP machine that I have from them, (and make sure to inform my insurance company that I am doing so), and look for another medical supply provider all together. It is ridiculous how long it takes to get answers back, or just some type of customer service!!!! I am very unhappy with the quality of service they provide - or lack thereof! I wanted to exchange the Phillips Dream station I have, for a RES MED AIR SENSE 10 AUTO CPAP - which is listed on their website for sale, and they seem to be avoiding this exchange. Jen had even informed me they had a silver one in stock. I am not sure if they get some sort of kickback from Phillips for pushing their products, but this is unbearable as I am uncomfortable with the Phillips machine I have, and they don't seem to care as this stall tactic is continuing. I have left numerous messages and at this point I am ready to give up. My sleep apnea is a life-long, chronic issue, and I would rather do business with a company that is responsive and attentive to their customer's needs.

I WAS HELD ON THE TELEPHONE LINE FOR OVER 1O MINUTES. I SPOKE WITH ANDREA(?) TWICE AND THEN CHRISTINA. THERE WAS NO CONCERN THAT I HAD BEEN ON HOLD FOR SUCH A LONG TIME. EVENTUALY ANDREA (?) RETURNED TO THE PHONE AND TOLD ME THE STAFF WAS EITHER BUSY OR AT LUNCH. SHE ASKED FOR MY NAME AND NUMBER FOR SOMEONE TO RETURN THE CALL.
