Their service department is absolutely terrible! My motorized wheelchair is less than 3 months old but has already required service twice. This second time, I have been waiting for them to fix the electrical system for over two weeks! I keep getting told that they have to order a part and then that part isn't right so they have to order another. While I sit here with a 700 pound piece of metal that doesn't move!
