They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was friendly enough. I was very satisfied with my initial visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. However, once they encountered a problem with my insurance, I felt the issue was not handled in a professional manner. Up until that point, I was very happy with their office. I now get me medical supplies elsewhere.
