This review is for their C-Pap services only.

I have been a C-Pap patient for this past year and have had nothing but problems when it comes to accurate information given or accurate supply orders processed since day one. When I began C-Pap therapy with them I was told that all supplies would be placed on "auto-ship" a nice service, but it doesn't exist unless you're receiving medicaid. Most of the supplies that have been needed have been shipped about 3-6months late, that is after the manufacturer and physician has stipulated those supplies being needed. It's a real joke, folks and, if you use NORCO, you need to have them on your calendar to get any kind of accurate servicing or shipping done. I'd go to their competitor, C-Pap Now, but, when I tried to move over I discovered they weren't any more on the ball than NORCO.

Oh yes, I have no complaints about the products, just service and billing from NORCO.

I have tried numerous times to get oxygen picked up. Guess what? It's still here.

I have always good service with Norco, and that has not changed. Norco has always helped me . They have always been good to me.

Tried to call numerous times on 8/28/18 after 9AM with no contact. They need a better phone/contact system. I get good service when I walk in.

It's a nice place with friendly people. Have a problem none of the CPAP head gear works for me because it puts pressure on the atlas of my neck causing pain. I need a customer mask it looks like.

I recently got a replacement CPAP machine from them. After verifying on four different occasions everything is in place for the insurance, a person on their staff has contacted me twice afterwards saying that as a new user, I need to do an additional step. The first time, I explained I was not a new user but had been using CPAP for several years, which seemed to take care of her concern. I also went into their office to confirm once again everything was fine with the insurance which they verified was okay, checking with their medical billing representatives. December 29th, the person (from medical billings) contacts me again saying that since I am a "new user." For handling medical equipment, they do not even seem to check their own records.

After using them for several years, I am at a point of looking for a new supplier. This is beginning to be a sad joke dealing with people that do not even check their own records.
