Terrible place to go! They do not assist or help customers properly. They do not return phone calls! They do not process your prescriptions properly and timely. I am still waiting for my back brace and cane that I turned in my doctor prescription to them 4 months ago. Still no call back on the status of my order and definitely no call back from them as well! Totally dissatisfied with this company and they should not be in business at all for allowing customers to suffer this way!

The worst buying experience I ever had. When you walk in the place is dark and dirty. Prominently displayed on the wall is a sign saying they have the right to refuse service to anyone. I asked why it took 3 months to send my prescription to my insurance company and was told by the salesman possibly owner, if I don't like it I should go to another company. They charged the insurance company $200 plus my copay for something that had a list price of $100. Rip off. Don't even think of going there.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. It was obvious that they didn't take any pride in their office's appearance. I don't think that place has ever been cleaned. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone.
