Very unhappy with Hi Tech. I was told I would own my machine after 13 payments when obtaining a CPAP unit from Hi Tech back in December 2014. I have made 18 monthly payments and they continue to send me monthly bills. I can not recommend Hi Tech to anyone. They will not even talk to me over the phone after one of their technicians recently told me I was correct.

I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. They were a little too argumentative. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen. on the face of it I can't say i was treated badly just very manipulated. keep an eye on your wallet with these guys. more important advise I can offer, is don't let them sell you something your doctor's office did not recommended or prescribed. They have a pretty convincing staff who will lead you to believe you have to buy something which is not necessary. be firm with them. Also check your equipment with your doctor. They 'sold me' a humidifier of which i found out later, was not humidifier and when I called them on it, they said it was on back order. many more issues . My advise, is be careful when dealing with Hi Tech healthcare tell your doctor to recommend a new product provider.

They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.
