Horrible at billing. You receive a bill 30 days before it is due and then get called two weeks before it is due. NO detailed billing. Do not tell you what time they are coming for service. Their automated scheduling system tells you one day but the human tells you another day. It is time that UHC and Medicare get a letter about them.
