Staff is very rude. Too bad, because they have a good medical supply. I cringe every time I have to go there. I know I will be treated rudely by the staff. No one is pleasant.

We didn't have a positive experience with R A Caldwell Co Inc. We found the staff to be rude and obnoxious. We had to make (3) trips to their to store in getting our problem finally resolved. This was very disappointing to us, because they have been in business for an extensive period of time in the area Stamford. I would not recommend them to anyone moving forward.
